Good news!

Hellohello everyone!

Long overdue, I know, but good news to report: Godpa is cancer free! yay! The surgeries have gone really well and I've been resting a lot. The pain is gone, just sore and completely exhausted, but I can walk again!

I'm not allowed to sit up more than a few times a day, for short periods of time, so no painting yet. Recovery will be gradual over the next year and I'll have to change my all night binges of bending over the tablet painting, but that's alright, I'm just so happy to be out of that pain. There is a chance the tumor will grow back or the disc may need surgery again, but at least I will be checked up often and monitored for any changes like that.

I've been checking in, though I am very backlogged writing to everyone. I still look at and enjoy the art I'm seeing. Can't wait to paint again!!! Thanks to everyone who has sent me notes, they cheered me up more than I can say and I won't forget them!

Love to everyone and maybe I'll upload some sketches at least soon!
